By installing or using the Base16 Everything browser extension or visiting base16everything.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Base16 Everything is a browser extension that remaps website colors to match base16/base24 color schemes. The service includes a free tier with limited themes and a paid tier with additional features.

3. License and Usage

A purchased license grants you personal, non-transferable access to premium features on up to 3 devices. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.

4. Payments and Refunds

Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent license validation or device limits. Automated abuse of the service is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will work on every website or that color remapping will be accurate in all cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base16 Everything and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
